Breast cancer - the most common type of cancer among women worldwide. Increased concern is the fact that this is a dangerous cancer of the recent rapidly getting younger. Among the vegetables that have protective properties, the researchers identified broccoli, kale, cabbage and carrots. These vegetables, experts advise women to eat regularly and in sufficient quantities. For example, more than three portions of carrots a week reduces the risk of developing breast cancer is 17%, while the consumption of at least one portion of a month gives a similar effect.
As for the fruit has many virtues, in respect of their breast cancer showed no positive effect.
