Spaghetti with prawns

 Spaghetti with prawns  Delicious and satisfying dish low in cholesterol.

Ingredients:

* 300 grams of large peeled shrimp

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

* 4 cloves garlic

* 250 g of spaghetti

1 cup canned tomatoes

* 1/4 cup pitted black olives, divided into halves

* 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley

Preparation:

1. a large pot of water boil. In boiling water, put the spaghetti. Cook until tender

2. Prawns with salt, add pepper. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Chopped garlic and fry 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Shrimp put in a pan and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently. Prawns with garlic on a plate and cover food with foil to keep cool.

3. In a pan put the tomatoes and olives, simmer for 5-6 minutes. Again, add the shrimp and garlic, and 2/3 of the parsley. Ready Spaghetti out onto a plate, add a ready-made shrimp with vegetables and garnish with greens.
