 Sexual harassment in the workplace women are forced to endure  Half of the women in the workplace is faced with sexual harassment in different ways, and about 40% of inappropriate touching said by male colleagues. This conclusion was British sociologists.

About half of them turned out to be faced with cases sexual harassment   in one form or another, including verbal remarks, jokes or indecent proposals. In 1200 women such incidents occur at work almost every day. 40% said that male colleagues inappropriately touched him (slapped on the buttocks, put his hand on the hip, etc.). A 27% despite the apparent reluctance, and even opposition from them were obtained from men kissing.

Two thirds believe that their male superiors or other male colleagues let them address the unacceptable comments about how they dress. 46% of women specially chosen for the campaign to work unattractive clothes. 60% of respondents admitted that they felt awkward when male colleagues treated them disrespectfully in front of other employees.

As for movement up the career ladder, the majority of women are convinced that men in this matter pushes them into the background. 23% of respondents said that the long-promised them the men received an increase solely because of their sex.
