Recipe chicken stew with olives.
Ingredients:
chicken breast (fillet with skin) - 2 pcs.
salt and pepper - to taste
flour - 2 tbsp
olive oil - 6 tablespoons
dry sherry - 125 ml
chicken broth - 200 ml
Garlic - 2 cloves
thyme - 1/2 bunch
olives - 15 pcs.
olives (pitted) - 10 pcs.
Chicken breast fillet wash, dry and cut into chunks. Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Fry the meat in olive oil. Pour the olive oil from the pan, dissolve sherry and chicken broth. Garlic clean and skip through the press in a frying pan. Thyme wash, dry, chop and add to the pan.
Put the pan fried pieces of meat in the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Sliced stuffed olives and add them to the pan. Garnish with thyme leaves.
