Salad with pink salmon

 Salad with pink salmon  It - low in fat and cholesterol.

Ingredients :

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cans of canned pink salmon
1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped pitted black olives
salt pepper


Preparation:

1. Dressing: Mix first 4 ingredients, add salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix thoroughly whisk.
2. Pink salmon mash with a fork. Add bell pepper, onion, cucumber, olives, salt and pepper, stir gently.

Just before serving, add to the salad dressing.
