Cold yogurt soup

 Cold yogurt soup  In hot weather, like that the food was refreshing and light.

Ingredients:

- Cucumber - 1 pc.

- Fresh unsweetened yogurt - 150g

- Sour cream - 60 ml

- Garlic (pressure) - 1 clove

- Lemon juice - 1 tsp

- some milk

- Mint - 1 teaspoon

- Several circles of lemon very thinly sliced

- Salt and pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

First, clean the skin of the cucumber and cut into slices. Leave a few circles in the decoration, the rest put in a blender with yogurt, sour cream and garlic and bring to a state of mashed potatoes. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. If thickish soup, add a little milk. Next, add the mint, cover with foil and chill thoroughly before serving (a few hours).
