 Vegetables and fruits can be dangerous  A healthy diet includes plenty of fruits and vegetables on your table. However, some of them may contain harmful substances - toxins.

The diet adherents of healthy food can often be found brussels, cabbage and cauliflower, lettuce. However, their excessive use, according to doctors, inhibits the activity of the thyroid gland. Also, these types of vegetables inhibit the absorption of iodine by the body. Iodine deficiency can cause hypothyroidism. To avoid this, experts advise to use salt with iodine.

Some fruits and vegetables can cause severe allergies. The list of allergens is small. But there are vegetables that do not cause allergies, but contain allergenic toxins.   Among these vegetables - eggplant and bell pepper. "Green with" Potatoes contain alkaloids that cause migraines and sleepiness. Eating raw vegetables is risky. If they do not pass a thorough sanitization, then you are subject to the danger of gastrointestinal infections. The same applies to the fruit.

However, despite this, the fruits and vegetables remain a source of vitamins and other nutrients. It is not necessary to abandon them - just take sensible precautions and make your diet as much as possible balanced.
