Tuna - an important source of protein and prevents heart disease. Low-calorie salad with tuna is very good for health and pleasant taste.
Ingredients:
* 2 slices of grain bread
* 0, 5 kg of steak tuna
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* A few green leaves lettuce
* A few cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
* 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Preparation:
Sliced bread fry in vegetable oil, preferably olive. Cut into small pieces. Tuna salt, add spices and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. Cooled for 5 minutes and cut into cubes. Lettuce, tomato and onion mix, add tuna and slices of bread. Season to choose from, lemon juice or salad dressing to taste.
