Men wish they pull with sex and women - that in a hurry

Men pity if their relationships with women does not lead to sex for too long, and women, on the contrary, regret, if sex is happening too fast. That is the conclusion reached by researchers from the University of California at Los Angeles and the University of Texas.

The evolutionary psychologist David Buss, who became the author of the study stresses that early scientists were more interested in emotions associated with sex appeal, which arose at the time of decision-making about sex. Sam Bass decided to focus on "sexual regrets" that is, to find out what exactly regret partners who decide to start an intimate relationship.

In a poll of scientists attended hundreds of volunteers who went through a series of tests that require making decisions about sex. Next, the researchers wanted to know whether there were these volunteers regret, and if so, what kind. It turned out that men often feel sorry that is too slow to first sesom   the development of relationships with women. But women expressed regret, if too quickly agreed to   first sex .

In another ranking of sexual regrets, published in the journal Archives of Sexual Behavior, and compiled in a survey of about 25 thousand people of all sexual orientations on the first place among women is the loss of virginity with the "wrong man chosen" (24%). Then there is a betrayal of past or current partner (23%) and too rapid onset of sexual relations (20%).

Among men in the ranking of regrets in the first place excessive shyness in relation to prospective sexual partner (27%), lack of sexual activity at a young age (23%) and lack of sexual activity in bachelor period (19%). (READ MORE)
