Stuffed eggs

 Stuffed eggs  Eggs contain the body needs amino acids, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, almost all trace elements.

Ingredients:

egg - 4 pcs.

tuna (in oil) - 80 g

butter - 80g

capers - 1 tbsp. l.

anchovy - 1 pc.

parsley and dill (fresh herbs) - to taste

salt

Eggs boiled, cooled and cleaned from the shell. Cut lengthwise into two parts, remove the yolks, rub them through a sieve with tuna, capers and anchovies boned. The resulting mixture add the softened butter, whisking wooden spoon until foamy state. Fill the syringe and fill the egg whites. Garnish with herbs.
