Salad with steak being prepared fast enough. It can act as an appetizer, and a separate dish.
Ingredients:
500 g beef steak
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 cucumber
green salad
3-4 green arrow bow
a sprig of basil
For the filling:
2 tbsp. l. fish sauce
1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
2 tbsp. l. lime juice
3-4 fresh chili peppers
1 h. L. sugar
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. l. coriander
Cucumber peeled and coarsely chop the onion. Green salad disassembled into leaves and chop. In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil, fry the steaks on both sides until desired readiness. Chile, seeded and minced garlic. Stir all ingredients refueling. Steak thinly cut into strips, mix with vegetables, pour dressing, how to mix. Garnish with basil.
