Love really is bitter and it is not a beautiful metaphor. Researchers from Northwestern Medicine companies in the United States have found that the hormone oxytocin causes a person to love more intensely experience the unpleasant memories, and reinforces the fear and anxiety.

After all Oxytocin not only increases the feeling of romantic attachment to someone, but also increases the sense of fear and anxiety.
