Rice with Shrimp Oriental

 Rice with Shrimp Oriental  Oriental cuisine is distinguished by exquisite taste and health benefits.

Ingredients:

- Rice - 1 cup

- Shrimp - 100g

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp

- Low-fat mayonnaise - 2 tbsp

- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

- Bananas - 2 pcs.

- Egg (boiled) - 2 pcs.

- Salt, spices - to taste

- Red pepper and black pepper - to taste

- Lettuce - to taste

- Parsley - to taste.

Preparation:

Figure rinse, boil in salted water, fold in a colander. Cover and place in a warm place.

Shrimp, rinse with cold water, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes.

Bananas are clean, cut into slices, fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes, then add the prepared shrimp and cook another 2-3 minutes. Season with black pepper and red.
