Ingredients:

1 cup milk whey

2 beaten egg whites

Flour 1 cup (about 200 g)

1/3 cup cornmeal

1 teaspoon salt

ground black pepper

chili powder

2 skinless chicken breasts (about 450 g)

2 chicken thighs (about 200 g)

2 chicken drumsticks (about 200 g)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat the oven.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper for baking. Mix the whey and egg whites, whisk well. Flour, cornmeal, salt (1/2 tsp) red pepper and stir well in a separate bowl. Rub the chicken pieces with salt. Dip each slice into the mixture of serum and proteins, then roll in flour mixture. In a large skillet with nonstick heat the oil. Fry chicken until golden brown on medium heat. Put finished pieces on a baking sheet and bake until done.
