Cheese soup

 Cheese soup  Easy recipe soup diet.

Ingredients:

Water - 1.5 l

cheese - 250g

white wine - 1/2 cup

carrots - 1 pc.

onions - 1 pc.

white bread (slices) - 4 pcs.

vegetable oil

salt, black pepper - to taste

parsley (green) - to taste.

Cream cheese cut into small pieces and throw them in boiling water, stirring constantly. Carrots grate, fry in butter, too, and put in the soup. Pour to the same white wine, add salt and pepper. Onions cut into rings and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Separately, fry the croutons of white bread, cut into strips. Crispy fried onion rings and toast arrange on plates and pour over the cheese soup. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley.
