Tested remedy for sleep problems - hot foot bath with chamomile. It will remove the stress after a hard day, will create a sense of peace.


Very good bedtime and mint drink. Preparing it this way: to brew a cup of broth pinch of mint or lemon balm, add a spoonful of honey and a few drops of lemon juice.


Sniffing, drink small sips 100 -150 ml.
