Specific metabolite, which scientists say is associated with such characteristics of an organism as the functioning of the lungs and bone density, as well as birth weight, which is already found science also affects   the rate of aging . It is known that children born underweight are more likely victims of diseases associated with aging.

According to scientists, the level of this metabolite can determine a child in the womb. These findings were made on the basis of blood samples taken from 6,000 twins.
