Researchers from Tufts University in Pennsylvania conducted a study and found that walnuts and cooking oil have lower cholesterol in the blood, which reduces the likelihood of developing disease hearts   and blood vessels.

The study involved 15 people who are divided into 4 groups. All volunteers before the experiment cholesterol was normal. Before and at the end of the experiment was analyzed to determine the biochemical and physiological parameters.

Members of the first group consumed daily 85 grams of whole   walnuts The second group - 6 grams of peel them, the participants in the third group received 34 grams of low-fat food kernels, and volunteers from the fourth group received daily 51 grams of oil from walnuts.

It was found that even a single use of walnut oil improves   condition of vessels. The strongest improvement is reflected in the cells of blood vessels, a condition that is very important to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
