Ear

 Ear  Richness and aromatic fish soup like you and your family!

Ingredients:

fish (any small and several large pieces of fillet) - 1 kg

olive oil - 200ml

onions - 3 pieces.

Tomatoes - 3 pieces.

salt, ground black pepper - to taste

Put the cleaned gutted small fish in a pot, add water, cover as soon as the water boils. Reduce heat. Add to the pan the olive oil, chopped onion rings and tomato slices. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about an hour, until the soup thickens. Add large pieces of fish fillets, pour cold water and cook for about 30 minutes. Ready to pour the hot soup bowls.
