Parfait with fruit

 Parfait with fruit  Low-calorie fruit dessert with a delicate taste and high vitamin content.

Ingredients:

1 cup low-fat yogurt

3 tablespoons honey

2 and a quarter teaspoon of pure vanilla extract (substitute vanilla sugar)

1, 5 cups of ripe pineapple, sliced

1, 5 cups of berries (strawberries, cherries, blueberries, etc.)

1, 5 cups of peaches, sliced

Preparation:

1. Mix in a bowl the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.

2. All the remaining ingredients are decomposed into glasses or bowls in the following order: the pieces of peaches, yogurt layer, a layer of pineapple slices, a layer of yogurt, fruit, yogurt layer. The surface can be decorated with dried fruit muesli.
