Salmon with ginger

 Salmon with ginger  Fish with spices - a traditional dish of many cuisines.

Ingredients:

salmon (fillets) - 4 pcs.

for the marinade:

ginger powder or grated

Lemon - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

vinegar - 1 tbsp

white wine - 1/2 cup

salt, pepper and sugar - to taste.

Salmon fillets cut into 4 portions. Next, prepare the marinade (it will need about 150 g): ginger, peeled 1 lemon, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 cup white wine, salt, pepper, sugar. All three on a fine grater, mix into a homogeneous mass. Then the pieces of salmon coated with this mixture and put a couple of hours in the refrigerator. We put the fish in foil (made form with borders) and bake with the marinade for 30 minutes.
