Salad of dandelion leaves

 Salad of dandelion leaves  The salad of young spring greens - the largest number of vitamins.

Ingredients:

Young dandelion leaves - 500 g

Yaytsa- 3 pieces

Walnuts - 3-4 tablespoons

Dill

Parsley

Cilantro

Salt

Pepper

Preparation:

Dandelion leaves soak in cold water for half an hour, so that the salad was not bitter taste. Finely chop the leaves, dill, parsley, cilantro. Boiled eggs cut into slices and mix with greens. Finely chop the walnuts and add to salad. Season with salt and pepper. Dressing to taste olive oil, lemon juice or soy mayonnaise.
