Ingredients:
Young dandelion leaves - 500 g
Yaytsa- 3 pieces
Walnuts - 3-4 tablespoons
Dill
Parsley
Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Dandelion leaves soak in cold water for half an hour, so that the salad was not bitter taste. Finely chop the leaves, dill, parsley, cilantro. Boiled eggs cut into slices and mix with greens.
