Classic German recipe.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour - 450g
- Water - 230 mL
- Vegetable oil - 50g
- Salt - a little
For filling:
- Apples - 500g
- Almonds - 50g
- Juice - 1 lemon
- Calvados - 40 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 30g
- Rum - 40 ml
- Cheese - 50g
- Butter - 60g
- Powdered sugar.
Preparation:
Combine flour, warm water, oil and salt dough, make a ball and coat it with oil, cover the top with a towel or foil and leave for 1 hour in a warm place. Apples are clean, remove seeds and cut into small cubes, add the lemon juice, rum, sugar, Calvados, breadcrumbs and leave to marinate.
The dough very thinly roll out into a rectangle, almost like tissue paper. Roll out the first on the table, and then on the towel, brush with melted seq. oil. Sprinkle with a little sugar and breadcrumbs.
On the long side to put the apples, leaving the edges of somewhere in the 5 cm. With a towel roll, "sausage", tuck the edges, put on a greased sheet, grease the top with melted seq. oil. At 200C oven for about 20 minutes. Cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
