Lack of sleep   - A common phenomenon in our lives. Doctors have long warned about the negative consequences of such an attitude to the regime of the day. Worse, lethargy, irritability, decreased immunity - these are just some of the effects of lack of sleep.

Recently, it became clear that lack of sleep   also adversely affect the state of men's health. It affects both the state of mind and the ability to get an erection. A man who does not have enough time for a full sound sleep can fall into a state of so-called sexual sleepwalking . The manifestations of this disease are: people have sex in a dream. Doctors and sex therapists recommend to take seriously the problem and get enough sleep at least a few times a week.
