salt, nutmeg, grinded parsley - to taste.
Cauliflower clean, divide into small florets and boil in salted water. Drain the water from the cabbage in a separate bowl. Take 250 ml of broth, add spices and seasoning to taste. In a frying pan, melt the ghee, fry flour until a pinkish color, add broth and milk and stir thoroughly. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until then, until the sauce thickens.
