Potato salad

 Potato salad  Easy to prepare potato salad - a dish of Mediterranean cuisine. Nizkokalorien: one portion of 90 calories.

Ingredients:

olive oil - 2 teaspoons

Vinegar - quarter cup

boiled potatoes (better to take the varieties of red potatoes) - 500 g

cucumbers - 1 cup

cherry tomatoes - incomplete Cup

green pepper - half cup

yellow pepper - junior cup

green onions - ¼ cup

ripe olives - 200 g

Preparation:

Potato and cucumber cut into cubes, pepper - sliced, tomatoes - slices, olives split into halves. Vinegar, oil, salt and pepper mix, a little whisk. Vegetables mix in a large bowl, pour the cooked sauce.
