Named the best way to eat less

If you feel a constant appetite, even in between meals, eat avocados. Only one half of the fruit at lunchtime increase satiety and reduce the desire to "kusochnichat." This conclusion was American scientists studied the behavior of 26 healthy people with excess weight.

Researchers from Loma Linda University, California, conducted an experiment in which concluded that half of fresh avocado before dinner by 40 percent reduces the desire to eat for the next three hours or 28 percent - over the next five hours.

Nutritionists also reported that the majority feels a sense of satisfaction, and three hours after eating. Another important feature of the avocado is that the fruit virtually no increase in the blood sugar level. (READ MORE)
