A British court ruled: a man can be accused of rape, even if sex with the woman was consensual. This decision was taken at the trial, where her husband was accused of sexual abuse of his wife.
However, in the last seconds before orgasm, the man told his wife that he would not go out of her, because she is his lawful wife, and he "wants so much." This unusually loud incident took place in February 2010. Shortly after having sex with her husband the wife became pregnant. The Lord Chief Justice ruled that, as a man (the husband of a woman under Sharia law) are not fulfilled "an agreement made prior to the sexual act," it should be found guilty of rape .
