The bread with apples and rosemary

 The bread with apples and rosemary  Tasty, healthy and original cakes.

Ingredients:

3 cups flour

1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 sachet instant yeast (about 2 teaspoons)
1 cup warm water
1 cup chopped peeled apples
vegetable oil
2 teaspoons melted butter

Preparation:

Combine 2 3/4 cups flour, salt, rosemary and yeast in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add water and stir until the dough is smooth and soft. Put the dough on a floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic consistency (about 8 minutes); from time to time add the flour to the dough does not stick to hands. Cover and leave for 5 minutes. Add apples. Place the dough in a large bowl, pre-greased with vegetable oil. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven.

Form a loaf of bread or a small loaf. Put into a mold or pan, greased with vegetable oil. The dough should stand in a warm place until doubled in size will increase.


Bake in preheated oven until done. In the finished crust of bread with butter to grease. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
