Chicken with spinach

 Chicken with spinach  Recipe low fat and cholesterol.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

4 skinless chicken breasts, split in half

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 cup apple cider

1 medium-sized apple

6 cups chopped fresh spinach

Preparation:

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. Pieces of chicken rub with salt and pepper and put in a pan. Fry for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and place in a warm place.

2. In a pan put the garlic, mustard, apple slices and pour cider. Boil. Reduce heat, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the juice formed chicken and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens (about 3 minutes).

3. In a saucepan add the spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, until it becomes soft. Serve hot.
