Chicken soup with spinach

 Chicken soup with spinach  Nutritious and healthy dish is low in fat and cholesterol.

Ingredients:

* 150 g of spinach

* 1/4 cup fresh hard cheese

* 1/2 cup small pasta

* 2 teaspoons olive oil

* 1 teaspoon minced garlic

* 400 grams of chicken broth

* 2 chicken breast without skin and bones, divided into halves

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

* 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Preparation:

1. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over high heat. Put the garlic and cook 10 seconds until fragrant. Pour the chicken broth, add the sliced ​​chicken, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken.

2. The remaining broth again bring to a boil. Add pasta; simmer for 9 minutes or until pasta is tender.

3. Cut the chicken into thin strips, put in the soup again. Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes. Ready soup pour into a bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
