Lamb with vegetables and spices

 Lamb with vegetables and spices  Well cooked lamb can be your signature dish.

Ingredients:

• 750g boneless lamb

• 500 g of potatoes

• 3 onions

• 2 garlic tooth

• 3 carrots

• 500 g fresh cabbage

• 1 large bell pepper pod

• 1 bay leaf

• pinch of thyme

• pinch of cumin

• vegetable oil, pepper, salt

Preparation:

Meat Wash and coarsely chop. On the heated oil fry finely chopped onion, add the chopped garlic, put the meat, fry all together a little bit. Add thyme, cumin, bay leaf, salt and pepper, cover with water and cook until top half cooked meat. Put the cabbage cut into strips, cut into slices carrots cleaned, chopped peppers and peeled and diced potatoes. All fill with water from the top and cook until cooked meat and vegetables. If necessary, add a little warm water.
