Low-calorie salad of kohlrabi.
Ingredients:
• kohlrabi - 400g
• egg - 4 pcs.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
• yogurt or yogurt - 1 cup
• Mint - 15g
• green onions - 30g
• Parsley - 30g
• salt - to taste.
Preparation:
Kohlrabi peel, grate and mix with chopped radish slices, finely grated carrot, diced hard boiled egg protein cooked. Egg yolks rub, add vegetable oil and yogurt, as well as salt, mint, chives and parsley. Fill this mixture of vegetables, mix thoroughly.
