Experts in nutrition believe that the impact of food on the development of stress can not be underestimated. There are several products that can reduce psychological stress, improve emotional state.

Yogurt or any dairy product rich in tyrosine, is able to increase the level of serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is known as the hormone that overcomes stress.

Dark chocolate.   It affects the body, lowering the voltage level improves mood . The composition of dark chocolate included phenethylamine. This substance is produced in the body in the most happiest moments of life.

Citrus fruits.   Fruits contain natural sugar, due to which normal emotional state. Citrus fruits also contain vitamin C, good for our health.
