The structure consists of lentils essential for the body substances and amino acids.
Ingredients:
lentils - 1 cup
Water - 4 cups
parsley and carrots - to taste
garlic - 1/2 head
green onion - to taste
black pepper - to taste
thyme herbs - to taste.
Lentils soaked in water for a day, 2 times changing the water. Before cooking rinse well, fill with cold water and bring to a boil over moderate heat.
