Lentil soup

 Lentil soup  The structure consists of lentils essential for the body substances and amino acids.

Ingredients:

lentils - 1 cup

Water - 4 cups

parsley and carrots - to taste

garlic - 1/2 head

green onion - to taste

black pepper - to taste

thyme herbs - to taste.

Lentils soaked in water for a day, 2 times changing the water. Before cooking rinse well, fill with cold water and bring to a boil over moderate heat. When the boil, put in a pot of soup chopped parsley and diced carrots and cook until cooked lentils. Then add the chopped onions, peas black pepper, salt and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Season with half a head of garlic, mash cloves frog, add a spoonful of chopped dried herbs of thyme. Remove the finished soup from heat and let stand, wrapped the pot with broth.
