Braised rabbit

 Braised rabbit  Useful for health rabbit stewed with herbs.

Ingredients:

Rabbit - 1.5 kg

onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 heads

olive oil - 75g

rosemary - 2 tsp

thyme - 2 tsp

oregano - 1 tsp

dry red wine - 250 ml

olives - for 50g.

Rabbit to cut into 8 pieces. Season with salt and pepper, fry in oil. To add a rabbit chopped onions and whole garlic. Extinguish 5 minutes, add the herbs, pour in the wine. Simmer for 1 hour. Before the end add the olives, garlic pull out, mash and add to the sauce.
