Sweet coleslaw has a delicate nutty flavor, it is very low in calories and rich in vitamins.
Ingredients:
Chopped cabbage - About half of the small head
1 cup carrots, grated on a coarse grater
1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Prepared cabbage , Onion, bell pepper and carrots in a large bowl to blend. In another bowl put all other ingredients and whisk. Connect the contents of both bowls, very carefully stir. Cover and put in a cool place for one hour.
