Squid with vegetables

 Squid with vegetables  Squid, stewed with vegetables - a low-calorie recipe, quick to prepare.

Ingredients:

kalmary- 500g

carrots - 200g

onions - 150g

sour cream - 200g

flour

-by pepper to taste

salt

Preparation:

Squid fillet without skin fight off, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry in fat or vegetable oil until golden brown. There separately fry raw carrots and onions, cut into slices. In a deep frying pan put layers of pieces of fried squid and vegetables, pour the cream and simmer for 10-15 minutes under the lid. The dish is served with a boiled potato.
