Mushroom Sauce

 Mushroom Sauce  Dishes from different fungi and nutritional satiety.

Ingredients:

2 medium onion

1 cup mushroom broth

1 tbsp of ground dried mushrooms

3 tbsp average fat content of sour cream

Salt

Black pepper

Preparation:

Onions finely chop. Fry in olive oil until golden brown. Then pour the mushroom broth and leave on medium heat. When a boil, add ground dried mushrooms. Simmer over low heat for 10 - 15 min. Then add 3 tbsp sour cream or cheese, black pepper, salt and cook for 1 minute. Let stand 10 minutes.
