Mediterranean diet helps prevent stomach cancer

If you want to have more protected from stomach cancer, go to a Mediterranean diet rich in olive oil, whole grains and vegetables. Oncologists from the United States conducted a study that showed a strong preventive anti-carcinogenic effect of a Mediterranean type of diet on the human stomach.

By the Mediterranean way of eating is the traditional cuisine of Greece, Spain and Italy.
