Mackerel in Greek

 Mackerel in Greek  Baked fish with vegetables - low-calorie and tasty dish.

Ingredients:

- Mackerel - 500 g

- Lemon - 1/2 pcs.

- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp

- Onions - 1 pc.

- Garlic - 1/5 pcs.

- Cucumber - 2 pcs.

- Tomatoes - 3 pieces.

- Sweet green pepper - 2 pcs.

- Salt - 1 tsp

- Ground black pepper - 1/5 tsp

- Green onions - 1 tablespoon

- Parsley - 1 tablespoon

- Dill - 1 tbsp

- Potatoes - 12 pcs.

Preparation:

Fish fillets sprinkled with juice squeezed from a lemon and sprinkle with salt. In a pan put 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil and heat, then place sliced ​​onion and garlic and fry, put portions of fish, pour the wine, sprinkle with herbs and stew for 10-15 minutes, covering the pan lid.

Cut into rings sweet peppers and fry in the remaining oil. After 5-10 minutes, add peeled and sliced ​​cucumbers and tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. When the vegetables are ready, they put them on the fish and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes with the lid on low heat.

Serve hot with boiled potatoes. Use frozen fillets of mackerel. Lemon juice is used only. 1-2 garlic cloves should be used. You must still use 2 tablespoons. spoon any dry white wine.
