The popular Caesar salad can be made in an easy low-calorie options.
Ingredients:
- Sdobny bread (small cubes) - 2 pcs.
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 2 tbsp
- Salt, black pepper - to taste
- Garlic (crushed) - 1 clove
- Garlic (thin strips) - 1 clove
- Lettuce - 1 head
- Anchovy paste - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180C. A little baking sheet baking sprinkle with a little olive oil. In a large resealable plastic bag combine bread cubes with the garlic, salt and pepper. Seal the bag, vigorously shake a few times to garlic, salt and pepper evenly distributed over the bread. Lay the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and place in oven for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally blocks, so that they podpeklis on all sides until golden brown. Remove the crackers and leave to cool.
At this time, wash and dry the lettuce, tear it into pieces and leave a paper towel in the refrigerator until use. Now in a wooden bowl mash the anchovy paste and garlic, add salt, pepper and beat the mixture well with a fork. Continuing to whisk, add the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard.
