Doctors know how many calories you need to eat less

Experts estimate that in 1965, this complex of cases women occupied 44 hours a week, while today - only 30. Commenting on this situation, experts say that the loss of two hours of activity per day led to the fact that modern women have become spend 225 calories a day less. It is not hard to guess where they go unspent calories. They settle on the waist, hips and the sides.
