Salad with mushrooms and spinach

 Salad with mushrooms and spinach  Spinach contains a lot of protein, vitamins, mineral salts. Ideal for the diet.

Ingredients:

Spinach - 200g

mushrooms - 300g

yaitso - 6 pieces.

vegetable oil - 150 ml

salt, black pepper (ground) - to taste

ham - 150g

pickles - 150g

egg (yolk) - 1 pc.

lemon juice - 1 tbsp

mustard - 1 tbsp

Yogurt - 700g

capers - 30g.

Cook hard-boiled eggs. Spinach thoroughly wash the leaves coarsely chop. Mushrooms Wash, peel, cut into slices and fry in 2 tablespoons. l. vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Ham and pickled cucumbers cut into cubes. Each egg is cleaned and cut into 6 pieces. All products are gently mix. Egg yolk mixed with lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard. Gradually pour in a thin stream of the remaining oil to make a thick mayonnaise. Add yogurt.

On the salad put capers and pour sauce.
