Fish with mushroom sauce

 Fish with mushroom sauce  This dish is prepared from fish fillets of tilapia, one serving contains only 184 calories. You may want to replace tilapia chicken and mushrooms - spinach.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of tilapia fillets approximately 150-170 g
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
  vegetable oil
3/4 cup chicken broth
  50 g finely chopped fresh mushrooms
  2 tablespoons whipped cream
  2 tablespoons mustard

Preparation:

Rub the fish (or chicken) fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme. In a deep frying pan pour the vegetable oil, preferably olive. The fish fry for 1 minute (each side) over medium heat. Add broth and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are tender.

Put the fish from the pan, but leave the pan on the fire. Add cream and mustard to broth, stir well and cook 1 minute. Pour the sauce fish.
